All services are available online via secure video call. In-person appointments are available on request in Central London.
The initial consultation is the foundation of everything we do together. It's a 90-minute conversation — not a quick intake form — that covers your full health history from childhood to now, your current symptoms and concerns, your sleep, stress, diet, movement, relationships, and anything else that feels relevant.
Before the appointment, you'll receive a detailed health history questionnaire to complete at your own pace. This means we spend the session itself actually talking and thinking, rather than filling in basic information.
By the end of the consultation, you'll leave with:
Follow-up appointments are where the real work happens. We review how you've been responding to any protocols, adjust based on what's changed, and go deeper into areas that need more attention.
Most people find that a series of 3–5 follow-ups over 3–6 months gives them what they need. I don't operate on a subscription model — sessions are scheduled when they're useful, not on a rigid timetable.
When appropriate, I create personalised herbal medicine protocols using evidence-informed plant medicine. These are typically dispensed as liquid tinctures, dried herb teas, or standardised extracts — chosen based on your specific constitution, presenting conditions, and any medications or health conditions that need to be considered.
All herbal preparations are sourced from reputable suppliers with full traceability. I don't prescribe supplements or herbals that aren't indicated for your specific situation.
If you have existing lab results — from your GP, a private clinic, or a self-ordered panel — I can review them through a functional medicine lens. Standard reference ranges are designed to detect disease, not optimise function. There's often significant clinical information in results that have been marked "normal."
I can also guide you on which tests may be worth ordering privately if your GP hasn't been able to run them — including gut microbiome analysis, comprehensive thyroid panels, organic acids, and hormone mapping.
Not sure whether naturopathy is the right fit, or whether I'm the right person for what you're dealing with? The introductory call is a no-pressure opportunity to ask questions, share what's going on, and get a sense of whether working together makes sense.
I won't use it to sell you a package or push you toward booking. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so — and where possible, point you toward someone who can.
Book a Free CallA good starting point for people with relatively contained concerns who want to understand what's happening and get a clear direction.
The most common way I work with people — a full initial assessment and enough follow-up time to make meaningful, lasting changes.
For people with complex, ongoing health conditions who benefit from consistent, responsive support across many months.
Yes — most of my clients are. I work alongside conventional practitioners, not instead of them. With your consent, I can write summary letters for your GP so they're aware of what we're working on. I always ask about existing medications and will flag any herb-drug interactions before prescribing.
It depends significantly on what we're working with. Some people notice changes in energy and digestion within 4–6 weeks of dietary shifts. More complex issues — hormonal imbalance, long-term fatigue, autoimmune conditions — typically take 3–6 months to show meaningful improvement. I'll give you an honest timeline during the initial consultation.
When indicated and evidence-supported, yes. I use practitioner-grade supplements from reputable suppliers when I do. I won't prescribe a supplement just because it seems generally "healthy" — there has to be a specific clinical reason for it in your case.
Naturopathy is not currently statutorily regulated in the UK, which means the title can be used freely. It's worth asking any practitioner about their specific training and which professional bodies they belong to. I'm a member of BANT and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
Some UK private health insurers cover naturopathic consultations — it varies by policy. I can provide detailed invoices and clinical notes that may be required for reimbursement claims. Contact your insurer directly to confirm your cover before booking.
